Being a 5/5 that represents a 4 life swing each turn AND threatens an additional 5 damage each turn AND is practically immune to sorcery speed removal probably combines to a creature that will impact Standard in some way. Discuss.

No wonder he's around 18-20 dollars.
He's the boss of control decks now. His mana cost may be strict but he makes up for it easily.
Too powerful.
Gives control a really sweet way to stabilise vs aggro and a clock of their own, sorta. He'll just get sweeter and sweeter as the format develops and slows down.
I like it. I wouldn't say he's too powerful. He has a hefty price, but of course people can get around that, but even then there are enough cards I know that can get rid of it pretty easily. So, I'd say it's a nice addition.
5 isn't too hefty and decks are consistent enough to have 4 different color sources. Games could go up into 15 lands and last 20 minutes.
It isn't the fact that you can get rid of it. The issue is how it affects the board as it comes in already. A 4 life difference is really strong. It also is something that directs hate towards it alone and becomes the main target of them.
I'm a big fan of this card even though I cracked a whopping zero copies in my three booster boxes
I really like the way both players can have one out, as you're pretty likely to keep flickering it and so are they unless one or the other wants to kill them both, so it dances around the fact that it's legendary. Strange, but cool.
As a constructed powerhouse, I totally feel it will shape up to be a major player sometime not too long from now.
