You sure that this is no existing card?^^

I am, but I'd be damned if I didn't wish for it to actually be one.

I like the whole concept and execution of this card.

Holy heck I can tell you put time into this, awesome gameplay, except for one problem- Suspend exiles the card therefore the null counters which are placed on it leave once it enters the battlefield- at least I'm pretty sure. 

 

Also, the fact that opponents would have to chose to put null counters on it- which can exile permanents- means at least 90% of the time the players will leave it alone. This leaves me with the devastating option of what I think you intended- COUNTER YOUR OWN ABILITIES. I don't know if your realized it, but there are hundreds of creatures that cost practically nothing to put out and have no manacost tap abilities, all those tap abilities now read "EXILE TARGET PERMANENT." this makes this card incredibly overpowered, especially because of how many different colors of decks can cast it. the suspend mana cost should be more if a card is going to be this powerful.

 

But, my friend, very nice job.

Colours changed, Pay X life -> Discard X cards.
