The correct scripture would be:
"The equipped creature gains +X/+X.
If Immortal's Heart or the equipped creature leaves the battlefield, return Immortal's Heart to your hand."
Artifacts are usually colorless and believe me: This card is EXPENSIVE as FUCK.
EIGHT mana alone for the basic cost is just... Most games don't even go long enough for that kind of card.
Some end around six mana.
Also eqipment artifacts dont leave the battlefield with their creatures; Only the creature dies, the equipment stays usable.

I think he meant that if the equipped creature leaves the battlefield, then return that creature to the battlefield.
This concept doesn't really work in MtG. Total immunity to all kinds of removal is kind of frowned on by Wizard (even things like Progenitus you can get around, i.e. with an Overloaded Cyclonic Rift). If you want to go any less than that, then you'd be hard-pressed to be able to do it any better than Regeneration (1G enchantment, pay G to regen enchanted creature), so I guess the closest you can go without being broken is a Regeneration/Troll Hide that you can return to hand.
