First of all- lands don't have mana costs.

Second- This doesn't empty? AND YOU CAN TAP IT EACH TURN?!

broken. broken. but as is said this is unglued!

I do like the theme of summoning another player into the battlefield, although it may get crazy because you don't sacrifice it so u get tons of friends to join.

so realy, this card encourages you to be social and make friends!
