I admire your efforts. but you made basic mistake, resulting in one of the most terrible design-flaws sins WotC decided to print Goblin-Testpilot without haste:

WHERE is its flash? Or maybe make it an instant?

 

Maybe add "You may do the Flop, instead of paying EVERYBODY DO THE FLOP!'s mana cost."

to guarantee your victory, you know; This would also the most flavorful MtG card since Delver of Secrets, since you would essentially

make yourself the avatar of the Flop-Guy.
