I would DEFINITELY increase the cost of its first ability; Minimum of {3}{w}{b}.

Kind of like the flicker on his second.

It's based on Vindicate, and I'd like to keep the cost at 1WB. What if the ability is restricted to sorcery speed?

Make it a nonland permanent if you want to keep it at 1WB.

Like the flicker as it untaps it.

I know a great card from the return to ravnica block that came out abou a year ago. 1RB and it destroys target creature or planeswalker.
