I like the idea but it doesn't seem very green to me, more red or black. Also you'll probably want to change it slightly to: enters the battlefield with X charge counters, whenever this creature untaps you lose life equal to the number of charge counters on it. Makes it slightly easier to understand i feel

yep better, technically the card text is incorrect due to a complicated reason, but its fine, good job and nice design
