1st one is unbelievably Op
Second one isnt so bad, but I would remove hexproof and maybe haste
third one I would remove hexproof and some p/t as it seems to be less of an offensive creature.
Hexproof is a very strong ability, use it with care, Wizards made the same mistake when they first introduced it.

And for the hexproof ability i think your right im gonna nerf them
