For the reapers {b} ability it should say "until end of turn".
Or rather "this turn"

Nice cards but i think open the tomb and veil of the necromancer are too strong (I realy like the overall mechanics btw)

I don't think that open the tombs is op, but making it sorcery speed seems a good point, even for the flavour.
And i agree with the veil. I guess making it cost 3BBBB would balance it a bit.

im assuming theres going to be an interaction with Collecting Souls somewhere, or is there already one that im not thinking of...or is it just there for Hivemind shenanigans?
EDIT: actually i just reread it. when the last counter is removed from a suspended card, it is cast (meaning it is no longer suspended) what youve done, mechanically, is create an infinite recursion 'exile everything' spell. thematically, i like what youve done, but mechanically, im not positive itll work the way you think/want it to.
unless im wrong, then ignore me. but id recommend looking up the rules for suspend.

The "When the last time counter is removed ability" has primary over the spell resolving so the game will end before it gets exiled- it exiles itself upon casting and the time counters must be removed for it to cast.
On the topic of the cards, I like them, but I feel that most of them are not focused around Skeletons Tribal but rather "Good cards for black decks" (not to say I don't like them).
