I dunno if this card is balanced or not, so any feedback is very apriciated,

She is basicaly a little girl that actually tamed wild bear and she is able to control him(actualy more like a friend relationship).

It's generally well constructed on a technical side and a fitting conversion from the source material, although you could argue, that she's a Wizard too.

But still...

First of all: How about getting the tap ability organized? "Annie, the Dark Child, deals 1 damage to target player or creature. Tap that creature."

Also, this COULD need a Manacost. You could also get rid of the +1/+1-ability and instead buff her up to a flat 3/2.

And maybe you want to consider giving it a little bit more flavor by making it

"A legendary 5/1 red Bear Elemental creature token with trample, named Tibbers."

But I am fond of your efforts. Especially since you used an artwork, that actually fits the feel of a MtG-card at least a little bit;

It just feels wrong to see a loading screen in cardframes.

Something I'd consider, in case you want to keep making LoL-inspired cards, is making different versions of the same character, don't know if oriented around the different skins or playstyles, or maybe just the different aspects of the same character, like for example, have you ever realized, that Annie CAN feel R/G, too?

Seriously, just imagine the two different Tryndamere-cards, AD and Ap^^

Now that I think about it, various versions of the same champion can be kind of hilarious; At first I thought about things like Heimerdinger and Snowmerdinger, but suddenly I had to imagine a Legendary Creature just called "The Donger"...

ooookay, so, as a fan of both MtG and LoL, i need to point out a few things here, to improve the card itself.

1- the name- it should be Annie, the Dark Child

2- she would be better served as a 'walker, but since the maker doesnt have that capability, ive gone a head and made one in MSE (magic set editor)

3- the second ability is worded oddly, heres my suggestions:

"2BRR: Put a Legendary 5/1 red and black Bear creature token with trample named Tibbers onto the battlefield."

also- i dont think that her first ability should be a tap, but i see where you were going with the general idea of her card.

heres what i envisioned for her. feel free to run wild with my ideas.

This Tibbers-Token is GORGEOUS!

But other than that, meh...

Transferring existing source material into MtG is fun, but the actual challenge is to hit that one spot of supreme portraification (is that even a word? If not, I just invented it), which you most certainly did not.

The abilities are only a rough picture of the existing Annie. Of course you don't have to put ALL abilities from the game as a direct port into the card, but you should at least use some mechanical traits that reflect her well.

The only things this Annie shares with her original counterpart are Tibbers and dealing damage; Let's be serious, every single character in LoL can deal damage. Other than Tibbers, there are so many parts you could orientate around: Refunding costs or untapping when serving the killing blow, dealing damage to every creature or planeswalker dealing damage to her, dealing damage to ALL or up to three creatures etc; Although his card is not blue, Milenco TRIED to portray it by tapping, and it actually works.

And yet, all this is minor in comparison to the one, only actual mistake made in this card (except for prevent damage dealt to Tibbers, which also off character, but it has mechanical reasons and should stay):

For what reason, is Annie a planeswalker?! There are many characters, you can portrait as a planeswalker; The Doctor, Medivh, Ganondorf, even in LoL you have Vel'Koz since the last patch,

but for what reason Annie?! That's like building a chess set with Lord of the Rings-characters and making Pippin the Queen, or having Whoopie Goldberg pilot the Starship Enterprise.

But seriously, that Tibbers token is nice.

Alrighty i think u got Legendary Creature wrong, the main idea was to have like 5 creatures(reprisenting 5 champions in Summoner's Rift meybe) and then like play team attacks, combos, and even play six like this Hexakill event (ofcourse you dont need to you can have any number).

As far as i am familiar with Walkers card, they are not independent, they have to work  with existing MTG cards (wich is not bad but i didnt thing bout it that way).

Imagine it Annie and Tibbers on one side and on other Ashe the Frost Archer battling wouldnt it feel like a real game of League!? That is the main goal of my set.

Also as for my Annie i picture her like this: Tibbers attacks and got blocked by a 3/6 creature for example, and so that is not enough to destroy him so Annie uses her ability and finishes that blocker. Teamwork with Tibbers that is just Annies thing.

After all that has been said, all I will say is:

1. Border should be gold because it is not a hybrid cost, it is a required both cost.

2. Mana cost on damage ability should be less (if even there.)

3. The Tibbers token should be legendary- but maybe you could make some kind of cool-down feature where she can only use it a certain number of times for a certain number of turns?

Overall, good job and listen to Exmortis more than me- he knows more of magic than me.
