No. this is an op as fuck card. Pardon my language. those are not the right affects. instead of calling him a human elite solider, justcall him a human solider. I also agree with exmortis. Remove it!

I like it his abilities are powerful yes but hes got a high mana cost.

Wait a sec there Monarch! When I first replied to this post, it was a totally different card, but now that one of the more macabre figures of human history has been replaced by a halo-themed card, I'm open to look over it.

 

Well, about this card...

It is neither color-aligned, well balanced, nor conform to the MtG-Syntax.

Also it is in no way unglued.

 

My recommendation: Try to actually follow the characteristics of the five colors and look at some existing cards to get a good grasp of the mechanical sides of the game.

Maybe watch some tutorial-videos or competitive play to understand how certain abilities and values relate to their manacost and cardtype.
