Everything is fine, except for the syntax, maybe some tweeking.
Junkyard Scavenger could easily be for {2}{b} and
has "Return target Artifact from your graveyard to your hand."
Junkyard Shaman should have {2}{b}{g}, reduced stats (2/2 maybe? 1/3 would share some sweet synergy with its second ability)
and has "Put target permanent from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.", as well as
"Whenever a non-token creature is put into a graveyard from play, if it was dealt damage by Junkyard Shaman
this turn, put it onto the battlefield under your control.". You might also consider a more suitable artwork. This is great for a shaman
and fits the abilities, but it is no "Junkyard"-Shaman.
Same goes for Shaman's Staff. Is it a photo. or just photorealistic? Anyway, it is distracting.
Also same deal: "Return [blablabla] to your hand" instead of "Bring back".
That last bit is written out "If the equipped creature is put into a graveyard, sacrifice Shaman's staff".
Better change Junkyard Seeker to {2}{b}{b}.
Also, it is not that versatile, the way it is now. Unless, of course, your opponent managed to destroy your Blightsteel Colossus,
you'd rather attack with Junkyard Seeker than return a creature. How about twisting it some something similar to this:
2/1, {2}{b}{b}, Artifact Creature - Construct
Flying. When [NAME] enters the battlefield, put target artifact from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
Maybe you want to take the time and download MSE, to properly display the cards. They also got colored artifact-frames.
