Meztli once had a very different form. This version is the result of ripping the spark from the rest of him/her, and infusing it with mana, in an attempt to recreate a pre-Mending spark. What resulted was a mere shadow of the former Meztli, lacking both its former power, and true sentience.

 

Not entirely sure as to how to balance it.

To fateseal 2, look at the top two cards of an opponent's library, then put any number of them on the bottom of that player's library and the rest on top in any order.

This card has both great flavour, great flavour text and a great fit into the blue-white colour pie due to its flavour and abilities i myself would lean more towards blue-black than blue white it is both a unique idea and also its +3 ability has both utility and also a very diplomatic style potentially a great card for any blue-white commander deck although it seems a bit underwhelming at first the fact it is only three mana is quite good especially since its ability may keep it around for a while dispite its counter ability have you considered it starting with 2 loyalty counters so it could use its counter ability of the bat without risk of being one shotted by every non 0 mana card in magic.

 

BTW great art choice and for the first ever planeswalker flavour text I am very impressed. Great card design commandant.
