Take away lifelink, it does not fit R/G, especially on an uncounterable giant monster card, this will also just about balance it out, I would also take away the "when Attacking" and make it static, meaning neither player can buff/kill it. And lost but not least I'm sure you can find an art for it, it makes cards look cooler, although I understand the whole originality deal.
