High Council is no relevant creature type and a Legendary Creatures usually need an own name.

So, all in all, a green card, with a red effect, and with artwork of a blue planeswalker. You may have dun goofed a little.

definitely a red card, abilities are red plus the name torchbearer is a definite point towards being red or in a lesser case white although its abilities solidify it in red as does the fact it is a mage as these are not normally seen in green yes there are a few green mages but most green mages tend to be labled as shaman or otherwise rather than mage if it is a high council mage then i would lean towards red-blue as well as these are the gbetter at magecraft in the magic universe (need any proof just ask the izzet) therefore putting it in green is a significantly flawed choice. You should put it as red, change the artwork from Jace to a more torchbearer-esque image and if your making it legendary give it a name also give the final ability a trigger I can't see one so either its not there or the card hasn't loaded fully he can't just pull X damage from the great beyond no matter how good a mage he is.
