I'm personally not too partial on "win the game" texts, unless they're quite difficult to pull off. For example, I like Azor's Elocutors because to keep a creature on the field and to not take damage long enough to win is difficult and I like it. Same with Biovisionary and Door To Nothingness. The problem with win conditions is that they take a lot to set up and if you can't do that flawlessly, then your opponent's going to see right through you and stop you before you've started.

But with this card, all you need is to wait until the game is near the end, spend around 7 to 15 mana, which isn't too difficult now-a-days, and without any setup, you've won. Unfortunately, I think you've made a card that can win games without any skill involved. And a card that can win games without skill doesn't really settle well with most players.

Now, that's not to say that you shouldn't keep trying. It has potential and can definitely become something badass. But in it's current state, it's much too simple.

P.S. I have a feeling that you like using Legendary for everything. =P Remember, Legendary is a unique status given to the cards that truly deserve them.

still think it would be easier to pull out a door to nowhere.

btw, no one ever wins the game.
