So basically all or nothing cards? well the Blue/Black one is over the edge, but I like them! (The white/red one is a bit confusing.)

Well mostly the way it gives your opponents a choice of attacking still.... so they can let your spell be useless, but also the as an additional cost but only if not countered, when you could just say as an effect "you may have all creatures target opponent controls gain trample and haste until end of turn." and I would add to that "and they must attack this turn if able" to make your super blocking creature worth it.
