The actual wording would be "can block any number of creatures". And the last ability...it's called Vanishing 4

I would change your initial wording from "Ultimate Defense is Indestructible" to "Indestructible" as that is a keyword (If I remember from Avacyn correctly).

Just aesthetic stuff mostly, the content of the card is nice

Indestructible is actually not a keyword, Genjutsu; the original wording was correct. It's a very common misunderstanding though, so don't feel bad. Same thing with unblockable.

 

I agree with most of what Elegant Totality said. Name needs a change, art doesn't match (not something I really care about on custom cards that much), last ability is indeed Vanishing 4, which would be a much cleaner, if somewhat random way of using that ability. As for the middle part, IceMetalPunk is right about that wording, but for the rest of it, you would actually have to spell out exactly what type of evasion abilities don't work for this card. Such as, "~ may block creatures with flying, landwalk, and protection from any color as though those creatures didn't have those abilities." It's somewhat ugly, but it is what Wizards would do.

 

And I think it should cost less. Probably like 2WWW or maybe even 1WWW. I don't think the fourth colored mana is necessary to make sure you don't splash it in a different-colored deck, because three white mana is still very demanding. And as Slayer pointed out, trample still spills right over it, so it's going to look better than it actually plays, so you don't want it super expensive and have people feel bad they paid all this mana for something that a Garruk's Companion laughs at.
