seems like an ok card maybe remove the black mana and have it cost 3 colourless since although their are coloured artifacts since shards block they have been quite rare also change equip cost to 3 colourless and give the creature +3/+1 or +3/+2 instead of +2/+2 as demons tend to have higher power and this gives flavour that this is an actual demonic mask not just a generic artifact the boost in power also provides a form of synergy to the cards effect rather than a generic boost plus a very rare effect which creates more of a contrast than a combo. you could also keep it at +2/+2 but give it a demonic ability e.g pay 4 life, sacrifice a creature you control: equipped creature gets +3/-2 until the end of the turn. These give it more of a black and demonic fee than just slapping a black mana symbol on the card and provide more subtle hints at the cards affiliation.
