First of all, if you want to make Planeswalkers, you should use into MSE; The Templates are easier to organize, end up more visually appealing etc

All of Perry's abilities (that's what I'm going to call Draven from now on) are totally crazy. Just wow. Out of control, unplayable; They need some serious balancing.

Furthermore, you don't have to make planeswalkers legendary (they are basically default legendaries). Also, in what exactly does he transform? Into the other card?

Omega-Perry (who suddenly looks an aweful lot like Vladimir) is just weak. He can be chumpblocked by anything and the +4/+4 does not really make up for that (also it is not even remotely strong enough of a bonus to justifiy the troubles of getting TWO other creatures).

But that's no problem; I guess those are some of your first cards.

The only to questions I actually have are:

1) What has this to do with Unglued?

2) And why do you use LoL-Artworks? It makes it rather difficult to relate to any kind of flavor, if the only thing I can think of is "Not Draven; Draayveeen!"

He meant Magic Set Editor. I think I am not allowed to post link here so just type it on google. Its a software that allows you to create cards. You can make tokens, split cards and such. You should check it out.
