Mana symbol order: the main colour is listed first, and the other two colours proceed "forwards" according to WUBRG. This is what I mean when I refer to "first" and "second" enemy colour.

Each land has an ability relating to the second enemy colour, whch may allow it to enter the battlefield untapped. An extra condition or ability related to the first enemy colour allows the land to produce mana of either of the enemy colours (if it seems slightly off-colour, keep in mind that it relates to the main colour as well.)

I had flavour ideas relating specifically to each land, but as always, my creativity is constrained by the artwork that I cannot find.

A very interesting and well thought out concept. The only thing that is kind of weird, is the continuity of the drawback; All of these cards are designed in a way, that they require different flavorful circumstances to enter the battlefield untapped, which also prevents them from being turn one mana sources, except for Dreamscape Vista which basically works in the opposite way. It is not too distracting, or in any way bad, but it somehow sticks out.

Also, you might want to specify Eldritch Ingress; Better change it into "If another land entered the battlefield", or it would trigger itself.

Dreamscape Vista's condition for entering untapped was based on green, where the theme of growth has been tied to the number of cards in the hand. I couldn't really think of another suitable condition.

Eldritch Ingress has been changed. The previous ability wasn't particularly blue (though, this is only slightly better).
