First Card: Underpowered or not?

This is the first card I have made.  I wasn't sure if this card would work, because it seems similar to cards like Fog and Holy Day, except for more mana with a drawback.  This card does work, however, with some other cards I've been working on, but I'm not sure if this card needs to be changed.  Also if anyone can check the wording I used on my card, that would be awesome. 

 

I haven't been able to find any good card art for this, if someone could link me anything I would give them an internet pancake.

Very underpowered. I wouldn't even pay W for that effect. It would be much better if it redirected the damage to the source that dealt it and would still fit within white's color pie. That shouldn't be overpowered for WWW, even with time of need which is essentially irrelevant to this particular card's mana cost.

You can infact go all the way and make it like the pact's that cost 0
