Aztegio thanks for letting me use your mechanic and show it of here are two cards that use the mechanic I would say at about uncommon maybe pushing on rare level in terms of power. The mechanic is good and fit a card I had previously made better than the ability I had given it. Thanks again - Chaoscal

Aztegio since it is your mechanic I have done as you asked and think your right in both cases i also think each colour should have its own costs so it is different: White(return target X to your hand-trigger) Black ( pay X life-trigger) Green (pay X mana-trigger) red and bue im not 100% but was thinking blue(put the to X cards of your library into the graveyard- trigger) and red( discard x cards at random trigger, feedback because I want to make your mechanic the best it can be, heres the changed cards

I feel the need for a mana cost is overkill, and in total gimps the ability. you have to play the creature again and you give up your draw to get it back, green can do it for 1 mana.

 

So we can just make em all 1 mana overflow'ed so they dont feel like a wall.

 

A life cost on the other hand is totaly cool also, word it so it's only from the battlefield or we will get to much synergy with dredge.
