make it a sorcery and the card is fine, instant speed maybe 2WWW but seems more blue or black than white anyway so i'd make it 3UB which costs it so it is good and fits colour pie. the ability is good however.

 

Imagine it with infect and you have gods gift to phyrexians

Chaoscal is right about the speed Sorcery speed is fine for this kind of thing, i think if you made it R/W it still fits to Boros theme.

But yes unblock is a blue thing. still fun to play.
