First of hey if its going to be insanely big, meh might go all in no regard for mana cost.
But pray explain what is a move card? is it like a action? or enchantmet cause it got power and stuff...

It's also known as ability or action card. You should watch Dinosaur King anime for more, or check the official Dinosaur King Wiki website: http://dinosaurking.wikia.com/ Also, I think this set is gonna be big.

I'm super confused right now... What is this all about?
If you want to port the source material of whatever-this-is into MtG, you did not really suceed here; The cards are just... weird and nonsensical?
If you want to make own rules, on the other hand, feel free to do so, but please explain them so we can actually understand the cards.

Let me hit the translate button for you:
Your cards don't follow MtG rules, so they don't make any sense to people seeing them here. What rules are those cards built around?
If you'd explain we could help you with these cards or give actual critizism.

Indeed, Tell us the rules if you look at my cards here:
http://forum.mtgcard...daily-update-1/
You can see they share a some kind of rule your cards are really big compared and the words on this so called move don't really explain when it can be played..
A bit of background and i think we might be able to help you
