just do it like garruk did the already flipable planeswalker
Yeah but he is Planeswalker on both sides.. hehe.

how about just say after flip it and put 5 oyalty counters on it or however many you want so it gets the loyalty counters

Yeah was uncertain about how the counters came to be if it flipped since they normally don't strip or add counters
