I can't understand the wording of it properly what do you mean as far as i can decypher it is pay one of each colour of mana, tap target player goes to 1 life and cannot gain life until they lose if so this is way to under-costed the put target player to 1 life is ok sort of but the cannot gain life thing makes thiscard way to undervalued maybe at 5RGUWB it would be ok but not RGBUW especially if it can activate every turn so that ruins multiplayer and destroys EDH imagine EDH with this thing it goes from 40 life to 1 life needed to be gone and means any red spell worth its place is going to have a field day with this.

So it will be better if it needs 2 manas from witch color?

just make the original cost two of each mana and then it is a late game win condition not a turn 5 massacre or make it 3RGUBW and make it only target one player like a curse should eg target player loses X life where X is there current life total minus one and cannot gain life for as long as this card remains on the battlefield..

doubling the original casting cost and making it target only one player. This way it mitigates the T5 massacre and makes it more of a late game push for victory.

I agree LSW lazarus just double the mana cost and you have an amazing card that sucks to go against in duel land unblockable mana ramp burn decks. plus black has life drain so unfortunately after this card is played the player who faces it is likely dead unless they have a win condition.

also lazarus I would reword the effect to be (WUBRG, T: Target players life total is reduced to 1.) this way it is easier to understand and wont cause near as much confusion in game settings.
