Feels more like a blue/white and it's border would be golden. Also, where is its steroid? I mean... since it's a shade and they always have that kind of ability?

Come on, that's Ihsan' Shade. They didn't give him "{b}: +1/+1" because at the time of his creation, he wasn't a shade.

Also, be careful not to mix things up. Yes, there is exile interaction within white. Not only interaction, but a strong affinity, indeed, but Obzedat fits its colors, both in ability and flavor. They are ghosts, they act in the shadows, they are almost impossible to confront in actual combat and they are basically as much about lifesteal as you can get; They are perfectly fit into the Orzhov color-scheme.

Your card on the other hand doesn't feel black at all... It feels much more like a more combat-based Aetherling, for which in turn the color combination blue/white would be  perfect. Especially since you could add flash.

How about something like this:

[INSERT NAME] {3}{w}{b}

Creature - Spirit Knight 3/3

"When [THIS] enters the battlefield or destroys a creature, put a 1/1 black and white Spirit creature token onto the battlefield under your control.

Sacrifice another Spirit: [THIS] gets +1/+1 and indestructible until end of turn."

honestly sertar, it is a well built card. Not all shades need a steroid. This card reminds me of "Obzedat, Ghost Council of Orzohva"

"Let the wisdom flow, Let the emotion recede, Let the blood run silently, Let the night come once again."

The question is not, whether all shades NEED a steroid, but all shades HAVE a steroid. It's like Trolls and Regenerate, or Angels and Flying; With the exception of Ihsan, MtG just forces +1/+1 onto shades, even on the one white shade, or the Insect Shade. But this is no limitation, just make it a spirit or a specter; Serves the same purpose flavorwise, without messing up your card.

The card seems balanced enough for me, although fist strike and deathtouch is a bit of a nasty combo that could potentially eat at his cost. Which I suppose is balanced by being a mythic rare... he reminds me of Vampire Nighthawk to be honest. The second ability, though, should read more of: "Return Knight of the Purgatory from exile to the battlefield."

As for the issue with the shade, that can be easily rectified with two things:

One, you changing its creature type, which you did already. Though he'd work as a spirit just as well and be able to build off of the abilities of other spirits.

Or by simply declaring him a shade and not giving a hoot of what others say. MTG has broken their mold enough times, and considering the series is based off of the gimmick of completely different worlds called planes, you can simply state that a shade doesn't have the pump ability in such-and-such plane. Don't forget that story and setting play heavily on a card's concept~
