Just a proxie cards i tried to do, and to me they seem a little OP so I will figure out how to make them balanced. They are members of the new set, and they are all white. So Kaguya and Bamboos alongside some White Wizards.

I'm not sure which ones you think are OP, because these all looked realistically balanced to me. Sure the combinations get crazy, but that's what MTG is all about. I'm just gonna give you some general advise on them:

General Note- Once a card says a legendary creature's name once, you can just use the short name. instead of Zero, the Flashing Mage Warrior, you can say Zero the second and following times.

Duel of Light- Be sure to say "tap two untapped creatures..." otherwise you can just tap creatures that are already tapped for the cost.

Kaguya- Try to shorten the name, something like "Kaguya, Bamboo Cutters Tale", also put the [T] before the [1] and separate them with a "," (comma)

Shining Bamboo- This is the only one I would worry about balancing. Just tutoring for something is fine, and just untapping something is fine, but what you don't want to do is put to much power on one card. I would increase the cost by a colorless or white mana.

Also, to make it search for a creature, since it's an enchantment, say "When Shining Bamboo enters the battlefield" before the first ability to make it understood when you search.

Zero- This feels a bit under-powered, I would make it so that you can prevent 2 damage to a player as well.

Alright, some general comments, some of which I missed the first time, then I'll get into specific cards:

Legendary Creatures: When you give a creature a title, such as "Flashing Mage Warrior" you should mark it as legendary- both to avoid balance issues and to make sense, because two of one unique character shouldn't appear.

Naming: You still need to make it so that each legendary card only states its full name once. Here, I'll show you an example: Tajic

They state his full name once, but then just use his first name, it avoids clambered reading.

As for single cards:

Book of Eibon: "When Book of Eibon leaves the battlefield, exile the creature put onto the battlefield with Book of Eibon."- I took this from Diabolic Servitude

Dark Pulse: Perfect job on this, although I think it would still be balanced at CMC=3

Eibon, the Mage- Don't put comma between to mana costs, you only add a comma between different types of costs, IE: Tapping costs, mana costs, life costs.

Hazzard: Specify that it is hazzard who deals the damage, and currently, this deals 2 damage a turn. if you want it to deal 1 damage, say "at the beginning of your precombat main phase." If you want it do deal damage twice, once for each main phase, say: "at the beginning of each of your main phases"

Nyarlathotep: Nothing wrong here.

Good job!
