As an R&D-Card, I would give you some corrections to adjust this card to the rules, some suggestions to make it stronger, and the hint that this name is just odd.
But since this is supposed to be unglued, my only legit complaint is:
WHERE is this card unglued? It is neither OP, nor in any direct way funny (except for the artwork; This smile is hilarious).
Maybe you are actually aiming for an R&D-Card, mistaking the definition of unglued (you'd not be the first one).
Unglued doesn't mean, that this is a place for beginning cardmakers (with the implication of their cards being only rough first attempts, so to speak "unglued" cards),
rather than paying homage to Wizards two and only troll-boosterseries: The infamous MtG-Editions "Unhinged" and "Unglued".
These series contained lots and lots of fake-cards, which ranged from "not even close to tournament-legal", to totally useless.
Cards like this were (for example): "Ach Hans! Run!", "__________", "Creative Consultation" and my favorite Landcard "City of Ass" (which I'm proud to announce owning myself since this very morning^^).
If this card is meant to be unglued, give it a more comedic feel, like:
When this Card enters the battlefield, you may announce "Trick or Treat!".
Whenever an opponent refuses to pay this righteous tribute to you,
you may put 3 +1/+1 counters on this creature and have it gain protection from
that player.
If you actually aimed for a realistic card, I would primarily suggest to get rid of the name and change the abilities, or the artwork; They don't fit.
I wasn't trying to make my card funny, so you're probably right; I'm in the wrong area. Just wanted to make something with a Halloween feel to it.
Here some tipps for a more realistic, and especially stronger feel:
Shade is a very special creaturetype in MtG; ALL shades have the ability "{b}: +1/1 until end of turn" (couldn't believe it until I searched through all shade-type cards myself).
More valid replacements to prevent this ability are Horror, Spectre, or maybe Spirit, but Zombie on its own should work just fine. Maybe add Wizard?
"Necromancer" may have existed in the past (I don't really know about the beginnings of MtG), but is nowadays generalized within the Wizard type.
To keep the flavor you can restrict the ability to black wizards, also 1/1 Tokens are quite unusual on Zombies (Most of them are 2/2).
The Ability you tried to keyword IS a nice concept, but it doesn't really payoff. Most black decks WANT their graveyards full or on the contrary,
get their creatures back from it without even playing them/already being able to do so.
How about this:
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put X black 2/2 Zombie creaturetokens
onto the battlefield under your control, where X is the number of Wizards you control.
Tap X Zombies you control: X target creatures in your graveyard may be played from your graveyard until end of turn.
This however would require as follows:
- Weaker base-stats, if you want to keep it at the current cost, maybe 2/4?
- Legendary Creature - Zombie Wizard
- Another card that turns all your Zombies into Wizards in addition to their other types, to perform ULTIMATE zombiespamming (not like thats impossible in actual MtG; ENDLESS RANKS OF THE DEADS!!!)
i created this card where you gain zombie tokens equal to you life total, then a card that gets a +1/+1 counter for every zombie token you control its pretty good
