I like what you are going for, really! Especially that these cards feel  far more like actual magic cards, instead of just cardborders with League-portraits.

There are just a few points I have to address:

1) These cards are not unglued. Although they are inspired by another franchise, they play like typical R&D.

2) You can complete the combination of League and MtG by giving them actual MtG typing (Mutant Insect for Kha, Human Archer for Vayne, Spider Shapeshifter for Elise)

3) More gray numbers. Cards with too many manasymbols have less viability; Vayne for example would be almost exclusive for black decks.

Btw Kha's border would be golden, except you change all the symbols into hybrid

That is really cool! But even though the first template you used looks awesome (the one on Vayne etc.) you have to remember that is only allows 6 different mana symbols. Maybe you want to go for a crazy mono colored card, then you would need to change back to the template you used on Kha'Zix.

Nice though :)

For Kha'Zix, if you're making him level up by killing creatures, consider making the levels a lot lower (that is really a lot even for a card that levels up by paying 1 mana), remove the "Level up only as a sorcery" phrase, and list the levels as a range (etc. Level 6-10 and Level 11+). Also the box for each level is more or less the leveler's abilities for that level, not a triggered abiltiy, so you can just write something like "Level 6-10: Deathtouch, lifelink, 3/3. Level 11+: Deathtouch, lifelink, flying, 4/4." Yeah you do have to repeat all of the keywords unless you want some of them to disappear on level up.

The reason Kha'Zix is made in such a manner is because of how his abilities work in-game. Upon reaching level 6, 11, and 16 (all levels at which you can upgrade his ultimate), Kha'Zix can put an evolution point into one of his four abilities, making it stronger. I wasn't totally aware of how levelers worked so I'll remake it a bit.

Also Krenko thanks for the feedback. Should I have this moved to R&D then? I put it here since the other League of Legends card set was in this forum, so I just assumed. I'll remake the cards a bit and repost them.

EDIT: Images (most of them) reworked in the OP.

EDIT 2: Curses. Image limit, thou art the bane of my existence.

Still like these cards. What about adding Cleric to Diana?

I don't know why, but it seems to somehow work.

Cleric? As in a creature type? I'm not quite sure how Cleric really works for Diana lol. I mean considering she doesn't do any healing of the sort...and she kind of murdered the Solari elders. Her whole backstory doesn't seem very cleric-y to me, but I'm interested to hear your reasoning.

Healing? There's no necessary connection between healing and clerics. Although she is technically the only worshiper, her armor and weapon, as well as the rites lending her power,

are inherited by an ancient cult, worshiping the moon. The MtG type Cleric does not mean "holy priest"; It's a generalization of any religious, ritual duty.

Do you know Servant of Nefarox? She's a cleric, but GOD! I don't want to know what remains of the poor people she heals.

But even more fitting, why don't you make Diana an Avatar-type creature?

Huehuehue...

Ah, I see. I'm not entirely familiar with the MtG creature typings. Not familiar with its lore either, my friend got me into the game and I decided "Why not make cards like I do for Yu-Gi-Oh?" I've always seen Clerics as healers, since that's what I'm used to in RPGs and the like. I don't know the lore of Avatar-type creatures, so could you tell me about that? On a side note...Ninjas.
