That's a lot of cards to take in. Let me analyze them slowly.

Control Disease feels like part of Deathrite Shaman, but takes some deck dedication to build up. I presume if a creature enters with multiple counters at once, that many energy counters are placed on the card. Invest into a hydra and you have a healthy stock of energy counters for the coming turns. The green buff outright pales in comparison to the other two abilities, though.

Burudas feels like a strictly better Niv Mizzet. Although it's not a source for extra draws, being able to fix what you'll get next is always helpful, and it doesn't need ot attack until absolutely necessary while Magma Spraying everything in sight. All this for not being overly colour restrictive like the previous Nivs, be it Firemind or Dracogenius.

Deatarax seems fine as an efficient 7/7 trampler with an upside.

Very strange for blue to receive a Knight of its own, with the corresponding keywords. Color-pie-breaking.

What's cleave?

Fate Separation seems slightly worse than the other reanimation cards available. Yes, at instant speed, but the additional sac cost and the additional colour involved feels like a turn-off.

For Those who will be Forgotten feels disgusting. You don't even need to have those creatures killed in the same turn. It doesn't have to be your combat. Heck, your opponent just needs to have discarded 1 copy of a creature and you don't need to worry about any more of it. If it's for Modern or Legacy, I can understand this card's cost being a bit relatively high to offset the ability to wipe out every goyf you'll need to worry about.

I'm not even done with the first row...

Cleave is explained in the card spring giants.

Acidic Giant is a tad devastating. Due to how cleave interacts with deathtouch, you're basically forced to chump it with single creatures to minimize your losses. Doesn't matter whether your best dude is in combat with Acidic Giant or not, it's going down. By the way, if you're using a keyword that normally doesn't show up on already existing cards, it helps to supply reminder text.

Evolve to Experiment is an acceptable combat trick. As is Fallen Growth.

Oblivion Cancellation is just a slightly better Essence Scatter.

Order from Above is effectively nonfunctional if you're entwining it. If you're doing this in the middle of combat, you've already declared attackers and the extra soldiers can't attack to work in tandem. If you're doing this outside combat, you don't have attacking creatures yet and the buff is futile. The fact that the tokens are temporary doesn't help things.

Overhearting feels overcosted and underwhelming. Consider how we have Temur Battle Rage that can end games in a similar fashion, at a far lower mana cost, without giving up the creature should the game-ending push backfire.

Parasitic Wurm feels like something you'd see at common or uncommon.

Reckoning Blast is amazing. RR for an uncounterable 4 damage is bloody amazing at instant speed, and outclasses Exquisite Firecraft. You can do without the uncounterability and it's still that good. You can restrict it to hitting creatures only and it'll still be a first pick in limited formats.

Water Dragon is... mediocre. Feels like something you'd see at uncommon.

Wild Synergie will tend to only be played for its first effect, because Storm has Manamorphose that can help them fix for the colours they need to cast it, and then get a net of 1 additional mana and 1 more storm count.

Revenant Rat is acceptable. Something I'd usually see at around uncommon.

Rexarch Snow Patrol is acceptable.

I don't quite understand Seed of Resolution. No, wait, maybe I do - by funneling lands to the bottom when you don't need them. I might say something about Grenzo interaction but this can't be used with Grenzo's colour identity.

Springleaf Giant is cool.

I don't understand Djobolt being an off-colour Skeleton. I'm also concerned over how easy it is to get a lot of creatures exiled permanently.

The additional sac cost on Purifying Touch seems like an acceptable parallel to Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares.

Preventive Cunning will only be used as a low-cost instant speed Divination.

Roaring Spirit looks fine.

If you're actually designing them all for a set, which can result in their own unique Limited environment, the criteria for evaluation changes quite a bit. And the rarity will quickly become very relevant.

Crumbling Wonder is... bizarre. Have you realized what happens when you Fling that thing? Or how it interacts with Warstorm Surge?

Demon Will Burner feels a bit too efficient. 2R for a 3/2 flash body is pretty efficient, but 2RR to get that and a localized bolt is really good. Yes, it only hits creatures, but it's still an excellent defense to fall back upon in a Limited setting. I'd recommend cranking the base cost to 3R or changing the kicker cost to 1R.

I'm not comfortable with blue receiving its own creature recursion in Break from Ice.

Kin Seshta is a... subtle commander. Takes some constructed stunts to design around.

Kilt is an Izzet-coloured Morphling. Bomb-tastic.

Saiga I have problems with. On paper it looks fine, but if you get it to ETB with a counter without needing the persist trigger, say, with the aid of Master Biomancer or similar cards, you have what amounts to nonstop flashbacks that don't even exile the card in question.

Until the End they Chased is a strictly better Murder, but fortunately it's sitting in a fitting rarity and its recursion ability is a little tricky to accomplish intentionally.

I thought artifact transmogrification is primarily blue. It's not quite red or green to change things to artifacts. I'd have the "change to artifact" ability require blue and the "destroy artifact" ability be red and/or green.

Putrid Lacerator amounts to a slightly worse Fleshbag Marauder. At least it can show up and beat at an earlier stage in the game when you don't need to kick it.

Temporally Secure is... amazing. Unlike Path to Exile your opponent doesn't get immediate card advantage as a refund, and giving the opponent a chance to scry doesn't always necessarily offset what they've lost.

The other cards that I didn't comment on, I find them okay.

The additional cost of sacrificing a creature to cast Fling doesn't target said creature. You can Fling Crumbling Wonder for an easy 12 damage.
