I understand we had Psionic Blast in the past, but that was when the colour pie was unclear. I'd normally try not to break colour pie unless it's the whole point of a set design, like Planar Chaos. For this reason I can't easily accept Bursting Intellect.

Hey, do you remember what happened with Mental Misstep? I'm afraid of Conservative Negation going down roughly the same path. The additional cost of needing to reveal an Island means that it won't be super splashable, but the fact that it can negate itself for nearly free would lend a hand towards over-centralizing, especially in Modern/Legacy.

See Far Beyond is simultaneously hilarious yet underwhelming. Being able to scry that deep and stack about 1/4 to 1/2 your deck is something unheard of. Getting no immediate advantage for that strict a mana cost is just sad. Maybe let the player draw a card or two? Consider how Ugin's Insight can function nearly identically.

Elsa seems potentially strong with her neg ability. She'd might as well read "1UU: Get a backwards Dark Deal." Her plus is okay, her ulti is hardly going to see use since you have a combined Enter the Infinite and Show and Tell.

The reason mental mindstep was so strong was because it was played outside of blue and countered even creature so i honestly think this one i way more fair.

For the Bursting intelect i used the font of planar chaos for a reason.

I could buff Far Beyond.

At least with Conservative Negation, you've only restricted it to Islands, and not Island cards. There's a significant difference with the latter.
