Feels like it should be 4 CMC, given the creature restriction. Maybe change the cost to 1 + 3 non-hybrid coloured mana? The current cost would be fine if it were a common, but this doesn't seem like a common.

If we crank it down to 4, it becomes a valid Sunforger target. Got to keep this in mind.

I feel it needs 1 of 2 things.
1. Draw a Card.
2. Cost 4 mana in total. (Yes it makes it a sunforger target, but thats still 6 mana in total then, and since its creature only i feel that the synergy is needed)
But i like the Flavor and Art 7/10.
