Mystic speculation is good, especially in commander for sifting through the crap you dont want and to get the land drops or bombs you need. Late game it is a significantly better draw than ponder, and serum visions. After getting about six or more mana the cost is pretty negligible for dropping it every turn or two. Also with hypersonic dragon the card becomes even more amazing. Also Increasing vengeance is strictly better than twincast.

Hold on to your hats, the new Commander set series is debuting in a few weeks.
Until then, Capsize, Shattering Pulse, and Reiterate are staple buyback spells for spellcasting shenanigans.
