So this happened when I had Keranos assimilate the UR C15 deck.

I'd run a mystic speculation (U sorcery Scry 3. Buyback 2) since not only would buyback allow you to cast a sorcery every turn or maybe even twice in a turn, getting all of your triggers over and over again, but its a good card for sifting through your deck whenever you have the spare mana.

Ah, but you see, Petals of Insight already does that, and I'm cramped for space.

Petals of Insight and Mystic Speculation differ actually, and something a lot of players miss is that buyback cost can be reduced by effects such as that of Mizzix, which was exemplified by numerous debates over Goblin Electromancer.

 

But maybe you already new about that interaction seeing as how you have overload spells- very clever by the way.

 

In any case, I do prefer Petals over Mystic.
