Hola, UserSaysWhat here! But you can call me User. (And in case you are wondering, Inferno & I share an account)

This is my first set The Idea is it is a Ice(something you don't see a lot of)/Nature set with a Planeswalker. These are the said Planeswalker's preferred elements, so it's all good.

But this set is totally adaptable with other colors! (and this is necessary for the planeswalker.)

Please let me know if a card is OP. I want to balance it out as much as possible, and I do appreciate it.

Here is the first wave (Expect more):

Planeswalkers are card supertypes - I don't think it's likely for an Aura to also be a Planeswalker. On the other hand, Planeswalker names can appear in Planeswalker types - just look at multiple versions of Jace and notice they are all "Planeswalker - Jace". Auras always lead with "Enchant X" to define their targets. Tokens are separate cards and don't exactly sit on cards either without very unusual interactions. So, to fix Bloom from Death...

Bloom from Death

2BUG

Legendary Enchantment - Aura

Enchant Jacob

If enchanted permanent would be put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you may sacrifice Bloom from Death. If you do, put target Jacob planeswalker card you own from exile onto the battlefield, then move all counters from each other Jacob planeswalker card onto that card.

Note that if the original Jacob dies from lethal damage and would hit the graveyard due to a state-based action, the new Jacob will not get any loyalty counters. The mana cost is also way too restrictive for what it does, so I've at least loosened it to allow you a slightly greater flexibility in ability to cast it.

I don't fancy blue stuff getting direct damage. Psionic Blast was... old, where the colour pie wasn't defined well.

The ___frost enchantments are largely unneeded - just run other basics, or even checklands like Sulfur Falls if you need the other colours.

Frostflower fields is very strong. It's a Simic Growth Chamber without the forced land bounce. I would at least have it make only U or G, but not both at once.

Great Star Wolf is... bizarrely worded. If I give it vigilance, it no longer gives me wolves on attack? If I give it a tap ability, I can get wolves on demand? Um...

I'll go to the Jacob planeswalkers soon, but at minimum I can say that you need to loosen up their casting costs.

I did update Bloom From Death, Great Star Wolf, and Frostflower Fields.

On Great Star Wolf, you are correct! That is exactly how that ability works.

Our colors have different Elements and effects associated with them, as follows:

Red: Fire, Earth, Strength

Blue: Water, Ice, Electricity, Int/Wisdom

Green: Nature, Dexterity

White: Life, Light, Air, Constitution

Black: Death, Underworld, Forbidden Magic, Necromancy

Colorless: Molecular Reconfiguration, Charisma

Unorthodox, yes, but it fits better with our lore.

On the __Frosts, There are some cards that have an ability that is affected by the number of Winter lands you have in play. So to prevent the deck's integrity from being weakened when adding other colors, the __frosts were created.

How would you suggest I change The Jacob Planeswalker trio's Mana costs?

Also, Just want to point out, Pine Forest and Snowbank are basic lands, you can have as many in your deck as you like. Is that alright?

Pine Forest and Snowbank are no different from Ice Age block's Snow Basics - but just remember to also indicate them in their supertypes. "Basic Snow Land - Winter Forest", and such.

Rewording Frostflower Fields:

Frostflower Fields enters the battlefield tapped.

Frostflower Fields doesn't untap during each of your untap steps unless you control two or more Winter nonland permanents.
T: Add UG to your mana pool.

Rather than have the ___frost enchantments, why not make Winter basics for the other colours, too? It shouldn't be that difficult to design other Winter nonland permanents.

If you find yourself using more than 5 symbols for a card, either you need to calm down a bit and make things a little more sensible, or your card is that overpowered and the tight restriction is justified. Based on what I'm seeing, you can, for example, instead of UURRGG for one of the Jacob cards, use 3URG for it - needing 3 or more colours to cast a card is already tight enough on the mana base, and you don't need to really narrow down the cost to something this specific. Various cards from Alara block can be a lot tighter on mana (see the various Ultimatums), but when you look at it, there was an incredible amount of accessible colour fixing in Alara block - Panoramas, Monoliths, basic landcycling - that allowed them to reasonably get away with that.
