Modern

  • Splinter Twin and Summer Bloom are banned.

Pauper

  • Cloud of Faeries is banned.

Twin and Bloom aren't exactly dead like Pod - they're only a little slower since they now have to work with an alternative that costs 1 additional mana (Kiki-Jiki and Azusa, respectively)
