You may cast Retribution from Hell only if you have more creatures in your graveyard

Do you mean, if your graveyard has more creatures than other card types, or the number of creatures in your graveyard is higher than all your opponents?

Charge the Armament looks cool on paper, but has a hidden downside to it. You'll need to control a creature to even be able to cast it.

Marie and Holster's effects can be cheesed a fair amount. Legend rule doesn't stop the new copy of the legendary permanent from entering the battlefield proper, allowing you to repeatedly bestow protection as many times as you have mana to make the Holster tokens.

Does Bolts of Knowledge and Wisdom target the attacking creatures it would damage?

I mean red players would probably actually run Charge the Armanent in Aggro, even if it is a bit lesser in Burn.

As far as legendary creature that put out tokens, I would actually put just the name of the human in the title, without even mentioning their companion in the name, of course, my only reason is the existing Tosmir Wolfblood

-the main reason I bring this up is because their names look so crammed in that text box.

I do like the idea of Vincent quite a bit though.

I do agree with your point, but in the lore of these cards i honestly think the bird is so important it deserve a name in the title but if you think its really weird ill fix it.
