I can't decide if this card is just a wild card or too broken, i'll let the critics and comments deicde.

It's not just broken, it's mechanically unsound: Not only would this card's effect would go off multiple times in one turn, some of the effects would not be realizable.

It also would trigger off of itself, creating an endless loop.

Can you explain the combat mode, by the way? i'm not sure what happens there
