So I don't know if this would go here, considering this is my first time posting, but this is my best guess... So I've been using this website on mobile, and whenever I try and upload an image when I'm signed in, it's just straight-up doesn't load the image, however, if I'm signed out, it will load the image and create the card how I want it. I kind of do see this as a problem considering I can't save any sort of art on the cards, which makes them a bit harder to fix if I notice an error.

I am having the same issue. This is strange.

I have found a way around this.

 

-Open two tabs in your browser.

- Log out, and upload your picture, making sure to press "Generate".

-after card has been updated, go to your second tab and log in.

-finish editing your card, then save.

 

You now have your picture uploaded and the ability to save. Happy card making!
