Seems fine for an uncommon.
It would be a fun addition to budget EDH decks too.
But sicne you can't use its own mana to give it trample, I'd reduce the cost to 1G.
I like it, but at the same time, I don't. Maybe it's just me, but I've never had trouble with getting three of the same land out(or a substitute, on that note) plus anything else. To me, while I can see an excuse for its power, it just seems like too much to me. The effects are fine, it's just the cost to get it out. Even then, it still is situational enough to not go beyond OP'd. That said, I'd see it being abused heavily to easily get out a 6/6.
7/10 Good design overall, but some balance issue.

Since it's {3}{G}{G}{G}, there's no reason that you wouldn't be able to give it Trample. It just so happens that this card can also give you 3Green, so it's both Trample and ManaRamp, just 1 at a time. Adaptability, here, is key.

The issue is that you must tap it down for mana to give it trample. However, it will be tapped and therefore not attacking during the same turn. It would be better if it had vigilance instead of forestwalk (though I appreciate the flavor) so it COULD give itself trample. Though then it would probably be too good for uncommon as is. Overall, good card; a bit wonky, but the idea is cool and very doable with a few minor tweaks.

Since you're going to have at least 3 (anywhere from 3-6 min) forests, you could just use that mana to give it Trample next turn, when it'd be able to attack anyway.

Indeed. However, the fact that the card taps to give you exactly the mana you need for its other ability, coupled with the fact that you can't usually use that mana for that ability on the same turn and have it mean anything, seems to me to be a little feel-bad for the player who just wants the card to do what it looks like it does (hopefully that wasn't too confusing of a sentence; it's a bit long).
Either way, there's really not a whole lot of reason to not just give this guy trample to begin with. Maybe bump down the p/t a little, but it's not like it's never been done before.
