  • Give Daleks "Annihilator" as keymechanic^^
    Also Cybermen need some token-bullshit, while you can make unblockable hexproof silence-servants.

    Cybermen should foucus on 1/1 Unblockable/Hexproof tokens, but maybe both Unblockable and Hexproof is a little much :P
