Forum starts bugging again (Getting "not allowed to do that" message often.) WTF is up with the coding?

Sure, even though it looks like it has fixed itself cause it not occurs anymore. It is like the long time error this website had from May to June, as no one "was allowed to access", but more random. But as I said, It seems to have fixed itself.
Sorry about swearing at the coding, I was pissed off XD
