Since we are in the Ravinca block and we have been given really coll charms, i have tried to create one that was colourless so it could be put in any deck. The idea for each abilty was take ideas from cards that were one mana of each abilty (lightning bolt, giant growth, spell spike, vendetta, and a altered faith sheild. Any suggestions?

I think this card misses the design concept of the 10 charms. The cards give you three mediocre choices for 2 coloured mana. This gives you 5 choices excellent (mostly) choices for 3 COLOURLESS!
As long as you don't miss a land drop you will ALWAYS be able to cast this turn three. I think a better move could be to make the CC One of each coloured mana and increase its abilities, though not too much, that would make it seem more like the 11th charm.

Personally, I don't think this card needs to exist. The charms, not just the RTR and GTC ones, are designed to present interesting choices and and as fortuneandfameinc said, this card's choices are all usually pretty decent, especially in limited. This card would be absolutely broken in that context, because...you can put it in any deck ever and it's always going to be good.
Also, I just don't think we need more charms right now. We have 10 just printed (more or less) and we have 3-color, monocolor, and 2-color charms. The colorless/WUBRG one can wait.
Once again, why gold?

The rtr and gtc charms just gave me the idea for this charm and i wanted tosee what a all purpose charm would look like. Again the gold frame because only 6 options of frames exist at the moment; white, red blue, green, black an dgold, i felt gold the most apporiate option

Okay, I understand the frame thing now. I haven't toyed with the card creator much myself; I prefer MSE. Still, I think if you were insistent on making an all-purpose charm, it should be WUBRG and slightly beefed up. A colorless charm, especially with five good options, is just too easy to put in any deck ever. It's a very powerful card, but it loses a lot of its excitement factor. A WUBRG charm would be flashier, harder to play, and could be highly rewarding if used properly.
