The abilities synergise very well, (can take out two blockers, can attack kill a blocker and still deal damage to defending player)

 

No other creature has this set of abilities, (unless you count http://gatherer.wiza...verseid=140171)

 

Is this guy too good? Also need help with the name.

I don't think the card is too powerful. Look at Vampire Nighthawk. http://gatherer.wiza...iverseid=185707 it's a 2/3 flying, deathtouch, lifelink and it costs 1BB

....Your point is invalid- Vampire nighthawk is overpowered.

 

 

This card is well balanced, especially considering black's crazy mana ramp. Is rather ridiculous with lure but hell that's what magic is for.

Not too overpowered at the current cost plus its low power maybe consider making it a 1BR instead of 2BR since first strike and trample both fall in more reds area although due to demons trample has been solidified in black quite well. the card itself in my opinion is quite underwhelming on its own if I say so myself but would be more of a combo card with some enchantments due to its relatively low stats for the turn it comes out on so overall dispite the flavour colour issue the card itself has no faults and is vwry well balanced card that is strong in its own way but doesn't flaunt it with an over-abundance of power and toughness, well done on balancing three abilities many thought they wouldn't ever see on a card.
