Realistically, every forum needs a graphic design section even if only for shops and requests.

A forum specifically for MTG art is far too excessive, I'd say having a showcase forum for artwork and design, as well as one for 'shops' with the subforum of 'requests'. 

 

For credibility, I'm the Graphic Design section moderator on YCM.
