A shot at a weaker creature. Very open to suggestions on this one.

It looks like a decent green card, though it looks alot like the "Young Drakeling" (I think that's its name), which is an uncommon. I think it might barely be in the Uncommon zone, just because you could spend a pool of mana to op a card, and not explode like "Young Drakeling" does when he uses it on himself. I like the art though, and it's nice to see people are thinking through weaker cards as well as huge ones.

"But there's another one..."

"I saw through that too!"

"But there's another one..."

"****."

the ability seems wierd. in a green, why would you use this if you cant power up your green creatures?

in any event:.

G: Target non-green creature gets +1/+1 until the end of turn.

Well it was meant to aid multicolored libraries.

Okay, so here's my thoughts. Firstly, I couldn't help but notice that you designed a Green Goblin. Did I mean to capitalize that? I'll let you decide. Anyway, goblins aren't a green race, sadly. They are almost entirely red or black, so it would please me if the card could be re-arted (is that a word? it is now), even though this is quality artwork, and given a new type line. Next, this is a 2/2 forestwalk for 4. Bad. Most people wouldn't want this in their deck. Even as a common, it's just a bit underpowered. Then when you look at its other ability, you go, "Cool! I can make it stronger! Oh wait...no I can't." Even if this card is designed to help multicolored strategies, I don't think you want an ability like this that specifically can't help the card it's on, especially on a very weak card such as this. I'm pretty sure "G: Target creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn" is just fine here, and may even help the card get more love. And as a bonus, it could still help multicolored just as easily.
