BBB: Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to this creature.

Whenever a creature dealt damage by ~ this turn is put into a graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on this card.

 

very cool, nice art too. could make his casting cost require less Black just to make room for the name. once you requite over 4 or 5 of one color, it's pretty obvious he's only going to work in a deck of only that color. same for his effect,

Why not just make his effect, becomes indestructible until end of turn? Or something along those lines.

Like it. Maybe you should try to write in proper magic norms; Not only is it far more easier to read, but it is also saving more space and easier to coordinate within the rules (although this IS unglued after all).

For example

"{b}{b}{b}: Creatures fighting, blocking, or blocked by Alduin Eldest of Akatosh, assign no damage to him this turn. "

or "Whenever a creature dealt damage by Alduin Eldest of Akatosh is put into a graveyard, put a +1/+1 Counter on him."

 

He is VERY expensive; It's unlikely to play him for the most part.
