I am going to try and make an entire block devoted to the Legend of Korra series complete with creatures, lands, artifacts, etc. This first post will serve as a reference point for the rest of the cards as they are generally accepted and I update.

The first in the set is the heroine herself.

The only thing I see going awry at this point is that the colors in this block will represent the different elements, character's specific abilities, and things related to the plot line within that universe rather than stay true to the way they work in MTG. (ie, ideals and mechanics) The biggest problem with his, however, is the idea of trying to introduce black into a world of four elements. It's tricky but I'm thinking it can be done.

What do you think? Any and all criticism is welcome.

Well first of all i realy like the avatar second ability but for the first one i dont think it fit korra very well shes the type of avatar that goes into the melee and fight not helping your mana base but that my opinion good card overall

Thanks for your feedback, Sertar. You make a good point about Korra's personality. But I really wanted to show off her role as an avatar moreso; being able to bend all four elements to her will. I enjoy having the first ability which allows her to easily move into her second ability. Perhaps I can somehow have Korra's personality come out through sorceries or instants?

Here's a small batch for our main antagonist for Book 1: Air, Amon. I contemplated giving Amon "Intimidate" but I think it might be a bit much. What do you guys think?

EDIT: Cards have been altered as per Sertar's suggestions

For the first one great first ability but for more flavor i suggest to make them 2/1 with when they deal damage to a creature tap that creature and for its activation (again for more flavor since amon need to ''battle'' hes target) you should make it when amon deal damage to a creature that creature become 1/1 with no ability (and tranform amon in white black would be great you could make him first strike and it fit hes mentalitycheck there  http://www.typologyc...e-profiles.html )

Since i like legends of korra i decided to create some of my own cards to add to the set

Those are some good and creative ideas there Sertar. I'll definitely take them into consideration as I narrow down the play styles. As for the Equalist tokens, not every equalist is a chiblocker. So I'm trying to take that into account. I was super excited about your land idea so I did alter your Pro-Bending Arena a bit.

Here's a major dump. Trying to implement some new mechanics. As usual, all constructive criticism is welcome.
